TENT SIDEWALLS
Clear Window Sidewalls provide protection from wind and cold while preserving the spectacular views and natural beauty surrounding your event.
Solid Sidewalls offer additional weather protection while creating a clean, polished backdrop for head tables, bands, stages, and more. They are also ideal for concealing less picturesque areas such as catering prep or restroom areas and can be used as projection screens.
PLEASE NOTE: Sidewalls are not automatically included with your tent rental.

LAST-MINUTE SIDEWALL ADDITIONS
Please plan your sidewall needs in advance. If, after your tent has been installed, you decide that sidewalls are needed, last-minute sidewall additions will be charged at 3× the standard rate, and are subject to crew and schedule availability.
While we will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, we cannot guarantee that we will have the time, equipment, or team availability to return to the site and install additional sidewalls once installation has been completed.
pole tent vs frame tent
FRAME TENT: A frame tent is an aluminum structure with legs every 10’ on the perimeter. This offers a non-obstructed space inside the tent.
POLE TENT; A pole tent has center poles every 20-30’ inside the middle of the tent along with the perimeter legs every 10’. The center poles are what create those swooping roof lines that are often more desired over a frame tent for weddings. More exterior staking is required for pole tents vs frame tents.
